Settling in
The term before your child starts at Miss Daisy's Nursery, they are invited to the new children's party. This is an opportunity for the children to meet their teachers, their new friends and see their school. It is also an opportunity for the parents to meet other parents and to ask the teachers any questions before starting at nursery school.
The teachers will then send a questionnaire to help them find out useful information on the children before they start. This gives the teachers some background on the children, so that they can make sure they have a happy start to nursery school.
A new parents' guide will also be sent offering an a-z on life at Miss Daisy's Nursery.
