Spring Term:
Term ends Thursday 26th March 2026
Easter School runs from Monday 30th March to Thursday 2nd April
Summer Term:
Term ends Thursday 9th July 2026
Summer School runs from Monday 13th July to Friday 17th July
Autumn Term:
Term ends Thursday 10th December 2026

Holiday School Booking Terms & Conditions
1. Booking Confirmation
All holiday school places must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. A booking is only confirmed once written confirmation has been issued by Miss Daisy’s Nursery Schools and the required payment has been received.
2. Payment Terms
Full payment for all booked holiday sessions is required in advance of the child attending. Miss Daisy’s Nursery Schools reserves the right to refuse attendance where payment has not been received.
Where additional sessions are requested after an initial booking has been confirmed, an invoice will be issued upon confirmation of the additional session(s). Payment for these additional sessions must be received in full prior to the child attending the extra session(s).
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing.
No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than one full week (7 days) prior to the first booked holiday session.
Where cancellation is made more than one full week in advance, refunds may be considered at the discretion of Miss Daisy’s Nursery Schools and may be subject to an administrative charge.
No refunds or credits will be issued for non-attendance due to illness, holidays, or other personal circumstances.
4. Changes to Bookings
Requests to amend booked sessions are subject to availability and must be made in writing. Miss Daisy’s Nursery Schools cannot guarantee that changes can be accommodated.
5. Late Collection
Children must be collected promptly at the agreed finish time. Late collection may incur additional charges in line with the nursery’s standard late collection policy.
6. Behaviour and Welfare
Miss Daisy’s Nursery Schools reserves the right to withdraw a child’s holiday place if behaviour is deemed unsafe or significantly disruptive, in line with the nursery’s behaviour and safeguarding policies.
7. Liability
All reasonable care will be taken to ensure the safety and wellbeing of children attending the holiday school. Attendance is subject to the nursery’s existing policies and procedures, including safeguarding, health and safety, and illness policies.
8. Agreement
By booking a holiday school place, parents/carers agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
