Have you seen Miss Daisy’s Belgravia?

Posted: 2nd November 2022

Did you get a chance to visit the NEW Miss Daisy’s Belgravia?

After 15 years at our previous setting, Miss Daisy’s Belgravia moved to a brand new site in Eccleston Street, London last month.

The interior has been designed around the idea of a secret garden where nature has enveloped the nursery school, transforming it into a magical wilderness. An internal courtyard, underground vault – complete with mud kitchen and plant filled corridors, this eco forest setting is truly awe inspiring. Vertical and inverted conical kiln shapes provide a multi-level play zone which develops the children’s gross and fine motor skills and encourages independence and risk taking in a safe and secure environment. A true play-based learning environment to encourage and develop each and every child’s imagination.

The beauty of our indoor garden, representing a forest clearing; where trees part and the children can immerse themselves in between the trunks themselves, our forest classroom will provide a wonderful space where our children can explore, hide, play tag, or simply sit and reflect. Stepping stones, balance beams and den building materials provide them with the tools to work as a team, to think creatively and to bring the outside world in.

Miss Daisy’s Belgravia has been designed to provide a nostalgic combination of nature with classic village life. Designed using natural resources and unique structures, where children can learn, play and relax. Secluded moss-covered pods provide snug individual reading zones or spaces to simply relax. Soft furnishings in muted colours create a sympathetic nursery setting that is unique in style.
